Associates who have earned their Operations Service Excellence achievement have attended a 7-course series and invested more than 15 hours in learning, applying and demonstrating the principals of providing superior client service at Baird.  Course work included:

Associates learned how Baird defines client service success, the anatomy of a successful client service conversation, how to problem solve, the power of empathy, how to execute a “warm” hand off, email best practices, and much more – all of which prepares them to successfully partner with others at Baird to provide the best service and advice to our clients.
